Spiritual Counselling is a space we enter into together which is safe and supported and where you can connect more deeply with your inner truth.

 

The aim of Spiritual Counselling is to help you reach the understanding and clear acceptance that there is nothing wrong with you or your life. By holding that vision we find ways to change the perception around it, and look at the things that could be changed by spiritual counselling that would make a difference for you.

 

My role as your spiritual counsellor is to hold that vision with you especially at times when it seems impossible for it to be true. At those difficult times we look for new ways to clear the pathways for understanding. The space that we have then both entered becomes sacred space and as our relationship within that deepens, a light shines in corners as yet unseen.

 

In spiritual counselling healing is happening any way, truths are reached, being real becomes easy and life shines brighter than before. There is a sense of ‘coming home’ to the truth and beauty of who you truly are, with a greater feeling of peace as you move through life.

 

Spiritual Counselling is freeing, empowering, loving and inspirational, as it takes you into a more direct and intimate place with the Divine source of All That Is, whatever you interpret that to be. This process is also non-denominational.

Mentoring Programme or simply Spiritual Direction

 

What will you be looking for when you come for Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction is about safe space, time, comfort, understanding and listening. The welcoming smile from a friendly face, a person who will not judge you, who will only see you as whole as he sees himself.

Much of spiritual direction and mentoring involves the process of listening to and observing the life of others and teaching them to see where Spirit/God/ Love/The Universe are already at work in and around them.

 

A spiritual mentoring programme would be created just for you and is not a one-size-fits-all format. It will be as unique as the person involved.

 

Regular confidential spiritual mentoring one to one contact either personally or over the telephone or skype or even email.

 

Spiritual Direction in all that is important to you. Inspirational support that uplifts and inspires you on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

 

This spiritual support service is available for all gender, faith and following. It is non-denominational and non-judgemental. It is a truly holistic all embracing heart centred support structure offering unique and personal guidance.

 

Spiritual Mentoring/Direction can be all you would like it to be, I shall be guided by you as we journey together side by side.
