Conversations that Count

A new and exciting opportunity based on an open forum idea, Valery offers a space for opening to personal transformation with Conversations that Count.

CTC.jpgThis time offers open space for self discovery, spiritual journeying and inspiring words of wisdom.

You are invited to bring along your deepest questions and heart felt concerns. With others of like mind this opportunity offers true awakening.

It is a stepping stone, a gateway through which profound changes can happen.

As the founder of InspirationPlus, Valery Coburn brings to Conversations that Count her life experiences as well as her deep connection to the Divine. With an open hearted fun style, Valery very simply facilitates this group enabling growth and healing to organically unfold through open communication.

Across the world today there is a growing movement towards a new open hearted and open minded spirituality that values the essence of all the worlds’ traditions, but does not belong to a single faith.

It encourages us all freely to experience and explore the wonder and meaning of existence. It supports our life-long learning and it inspires us to care for the whole community (common unity) of life.

Holistic is a great word for this new approach. It is a word that has become known to many. It means that all Life is interconnected and that things can only be fully understood when we see the whole of which we are part.

Valery says "I love to work with individuals or groups who are looking to develop and deepen their understanding of life in all its myriad of colours. The difference that open minded, open hearted communication can make is incredible, it is uplifting, inspiring and allows healing to happen anyway".

Format for the day will bring changes.........

Conversations (CTC) has been successfully run for nearly three years in the UK, as from September and our move to Bulgaria, I will have to apply new thinking.

One thing that has been suggested is a monthly meeting over the internet, maybe Skype conferencing. In order for that to happen we have to ascertain whether this would work for you, perhaps you would let me know?

For those who are new to CTC, this is an informal friendly discussion group, aimed at friendship, fun, food and Fabulous Conversations, it is a really meaningful time for you to step out of life just for YOU. Taking time for oneself can be a big ask, but you do deserve it, and stepping into this space means you are making a choice to change.

Seated on a spiritual base the intent for this group is -

  • Respect for each other and everything we may share.
  • Honouring processes without judgement or criticism.
  • Honesty, Openness and Truth
  • Sharing the essence of “The Story” together, expecting nothing in return.

Testimonials

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed today. You were all lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I certainly learnt a huge amount and feel strong enough to start my own spiritual journey. What a great collection of ladies we are – all with individual and unique stories, journeys and all with a love of life and humanity itself. As Sharon said – we are all on a slightly different path and a slightly different level but what a wonderful start we made on the Conversations that Count front. I will certainly retain the memories of this morning for far longer than I will my next shopping trip to Sainsburys or the next wash I put on! Thank you so much for that. With warm regards,
Dee, Poole

I just wanted to say thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to meet such lovely, caring people. I thoroughly enjoyed today, it was such a warm and caring environment it was tremendous, and an experience I won't forget, looking forward to the next one already, Congratulations on having such a wonderful idea. From the moment I joined Conversations that Count I warmed to Valery straight away, she has a light which glows all around her, this takes you in and makes you feel accepted, protected and loved for being purely who you are. Valery facilitates the group perfectly, making sure that everyone has an opportunity to speak if they so wish and she is fundamental to creating the wonderful space for us all to share our stories.

I would like to thank you and Steve for sharing your home in order to host Conversations that Count. I really appreciated it and I found it to be quite a lovely experience. Despite the common concept that a group of women will not get on I know that everyone who was there yesterday (and many others who weren't) know that, in fact, we can get on very well indeed. I found the experience to be uplifting, challenging and extremely rewarding - and I felt so good after it - and I believe that Val felt much the same. We both intend to attend next month - albeit maybe in the evening - and look forward to it. More power to you - keep doing what you're doing. With love,
Pat, Verwood

I just wanted to say what a lovely morning I had with you and the girls. It was really great talking to everyone and sharing experiences, even though we only touched on things. I look forward to the next get together in March. It's funny really because deep down I know that I have 'it' but I think that I am expecting something big to happen, great feelings of warmth - just like Toni when she put her hands on me - or something else, but actually I think that it must have always been there so of course I won't feel any different. I think it scares me a bit, especially as my Mother is so religious which actually leaves me cold!! I think I need to understand how to channel it more rather than expecting something to happen!! Does that make sense? Best wishes,
Sandra, Ringwood
