Nutrition

Nature's Blueprint For Nutrition

The sun, rain, soil, bacteria and plant root structures combine to produce one of Nature's miracles:
The conversion of nutrient particles into minerals that are bioavailable to both plants and people.

To be bioavailable, nutrients have to be:

  • Ionic
  • Water-Soluble
  • Cell Ready

At the Earth Summit Statistics meeting in 1992, experts revealed information conclusively showing that farmlands in Europe were above 70% micronutrient depleted.

In 2002, leading medical researchers and clinicians recommended that the use of a daily multi-nutrient supplement to address the health dilemma of nutritionally poor diets (Journal of the American Medical Association, June 2002).

Liquid is The Answer

Over the years, nutritional supplements in pill, tablet and chelated form have been the traditional choice for millions of people around the world. But scientific study has led many individuals to rethink their supplement choices.

Vitamins and minerals in TABLET or PILL FORM are poorly absorbed and used in the body. Graphic evidence of this is seen in wastewater treatment plants and outdoor portable water closets across the UK. Tonnes of undigested pills and tablets, many with name brands still readable, regularly pose a challenge for facility operators. The body - containing nutrient designs made of crushed up rocks, fillers and binders, ineffectively uses these forms of supplements.

WHY Liquid?

Looking to nature, we see the perfect design for the ideal nutrient delivery system. Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients are consumed from the soil by plants, and then transformed into a water-soluble design that is usable by the human body. No matter what we put into our bodies, the goal is always the same - to make it water-soluble.

Antioxidants

As you age, the body replaces cells in your organs and tissues. Why, then, are they often not as good as when you were younger? One of the primary answers is STRESS.

Many things—mental strain, physical exertion, environmental toxins like cigarette smoke and pesticides, even poor diets, cause bodily stress! Stress can be dangerous because damaging molecules called FREE RADICALS are generated. Free radicals are harmful scavengers created INSIDE your body that cause tremendous harm and accelerate the signs of aging—disrupting body systems, destroying cell membranes, mutating cells, even reprogramming your body’s DNA! However, ANTIOXIDANTS are nature’s way of fighting harmful free radical scavengers.

Antioxidants convert free radicals into HARMLESS elements and neutralise their damaging effects and helps the body neutralise the damaging effects of free radicals to effectively combat the aging process.

Medical research has shown that free radical damage in the body is the cause of over sixty different diseases and anti-oxidants helps to combat this.

The body needs Vitamins minerals and anti-oxidants to function in a balanced way. It is a good idea to take the minerals and the anti-oxidants together as it gives the body everything it needs.

Essential Fatty Acids

What are Essential Fats?

Scientists have given essential fats their name because the body must have them to survive, but cannot synthesise them from any other substance we eat so a direct food source is required. Hence the name essential.

There are many kinds of fats but only two kinds of essential fats, omega 3 and omega 6, both of which are unsaturated fats. Each EFA is turned into several derivatives by the body, provided enough undamaged omega 3 and omega 6 is supplied in the right ratio. All other fats, such as omega 9 (monounsaturated), omega 7 and saturated fat are non-essential as the body can produce them from sugars and starches.

" We need more of each essential fatty acid every day than any other essential nutrient. They are major nutrients that we use in tablespoon, not milligram, amounts." Dr Udo Erasmus - the worlds leading expert on dietary fats.

Where do Essential Fats come from?

Omega 3 essential fatty acids come from flaxseeds and green leafy vegetables and Omega 6 essential fatty acids are found in seeds and nuts including sesame and sunflower seeds.
